Processing times
Every item is engraved to order. Ready-designed items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Custom orders are dispatched within 5–10 working days after you approve your design preview.
UK delivery
We ship throughout the United Kingdom with a tracked service. Postage costs are confirmed at checkout or in your quote before you pay.
International delivery
Please contact us before ordering if you are outside the UK so we can quote postage. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking & lost parcels
You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at Meltzengraves@outlook.com and we will chase it with the courier.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
