What do you make?
We design and laser-engrave trading card binders and deck boxes. You can pick one of our designs from the gallery or send us your own idea and we will turn it into a one-off piece.
Can I send my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your image on the Custom Binder page (JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF, up to 8MB each). Clean, high-contrast artwork engraves best — don’t worry if yours isn’t perfect, we will prepare it and send a preview before anything is engraved.
Will I see a preview before you engrave?
Always. Every custom order gets a digital mock-up for you to approve. We only start engraving once you are happy with it.
How long does a custom order take?
Most orders are engraved and dispatched within 5–10 working days of the design being approved. If you need it by a certain date, tell us in the form and we will confirm whether we can make it.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We ship across the UK as standard. For international delivery please contact us first with your country and we will quote postage.
Can I add names or text?
Yes — names, dates, gamer tags and short messages can be added to most designs. Add the wording in the “Personalised text” box when you order.
How should I care for my engraved binder?
Wipe it with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid solvents, long periods in direct sunlight and storing it somewhere damp.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because custom items are made to your specification they cannot be returned for a change of mind, but if anything arrives damaged or faulty we will put it right. See our Returns Policy for details.
