These terms apply to orders placed with MeltzBinderCrew Limited through this website, by email or through social media.
Orders & quotes
A custom order is confirmed once you have approved your design preview and paid. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Your artwork
By sending us artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We may refuse designs that infringe someone else’s rights or are offensive.
Handmade variation
Each piece is engraved individually, so small variations in tone and depth are normal and part of the character of the product. Colours may look slightly different on screen.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is due before engraving starts unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
